These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website of AAA Disaster Recovery LLC (“AAA Disaster Recovery,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and our text-message program. By using our website, contacting us, or exchanging text messages with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or our messaging program.

How we handle the information described here is explained in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Who We Are

AAA Disaster Recovery LLC is a licensed and insured restoration contractor serving Austin and Central Texas, providing water, fire, mold, storm, and trauma & biohazard restoration services. Our business address, phone number, and email are listed under “Contact Us” at the end of these Terms.

Use of Our Website

You may use our website to learn about our services, review our work, and request help. You agree not to misuse the site — including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to it, interfering with its normal operation, scraping or harvesting data from it in bulk, submitting false or fraudulent service requests, or using it in violation of any applicable law.

The content on this website — text, photographs, logos, and design — belongs to AAA Disaster Recovery or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, or commercial use requires our written permission.

Service Requests and Estimates

Submitting our contact or estimate form, calling us, or texting us is a request for service — it does not by itself create a contract for restoration work, and it does not guarantee availability, a particular response time, or a particular price. Any estimate or quote we provide is based on the conditions known at the time and may change as we assess the property.

The restoration work itself is governed by a separate written agreement. Scope of work, pricing, payment, insurance billing, warranties, and related terms are set out in the work authorization or service agreement you sign with us, not on this page. If anything in that signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for the work it covers.

Text Messaging Terms (SMS)

Program description. AAA Disaster Recovery uses text messaging for customer care only, in connection with a job you have asked us about or hired us for. Messages include quotes and estimates, job-status and scheduling updates, job-site photos, voicemail notifications, and one-to-one replies from our team about your own job. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Who can participate. Our messaging program is available on mobile numbers in the United States. By opting in you confirm that you are the subscriber or an authorized user of the mobile number you give us, and that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).

How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages from us when you check the box on our contact form asking us to text you about your job, when you otherwise give us your mobile number in connection with a service request or booking and ask us to contact you, or when you give us verbal consent during a call with our team. Many of our text conversations are started by the customer. We do not buy, rent, or otherwise obtain phone numbers from third parties for messaging, and we do not text people who have not asked to hear from us about a job.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to hire us or receive our services. If you would rather we reach you by phone or email, just tell us.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and is low — typically a handful of messages over the life of a job, depending on how your job progresses and how often you write to us.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your mobile carrier apply to any message you send or receive; check your plan for details.

How to opt out — reply STOP. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP — or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT — to any message from us. After you send any of those keywords, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending you texts. You can also ask us to stop by calling or emailing us using the contact details below. Opting out of texts does not cancel your service or stop us from reaching you by phone or email about your job when we need to.

How to get help — reply HELP. Reply HELP or INFO to any message for assistance, or contact us at (737) 677-3833 or [email protected].

Carriers and delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that any individual message will arrive. Do not rely on text messaging for an emergency — if you have an active emergency, call us at (737) 677-3833, and call 911 if there is a threat to life or safety.

Your mobile information is not shared for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We share mobile information only with the service providers who help us deliver these messages, and only so they can deliver them for us.

Supported carriers. Our messaging program is supported by the major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and U.S. Cellular, along with their affiliates and many smaller regional carriers. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carrier support may change, and carriers are not responsible for the content of our messages.

Calls and Call Recording

When you call a number shown on our website, our call-tracking provider (CallRail) collects information about the call, and calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and tracking. The number displayed on our site may change automatically so we can attribute your call to its marketing source — every number rings the same line at AAA Disaster Recovery. Third-Party Links

Our website links to third-party platforms, including our Facebook and Instagram profiles and our Google Business Profile. We do not control those services, and these Terms do not govern them. Please review their own terms and privacy policies.

Website Disclaimer

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and is offered “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Restoration guidance on this site is general and is not a substitute for an on-site assessment of your property by a qualified professional. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current. This disclaimer applies to the website only and does not limit any warranty in a signed service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, AAA Disaster Recovery is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website, our messaging program, or your inability to use them. This section limits liability arising from the website and messaging program only; it does not limit our liability for the restoration services we perform, which is addressed in your signed service agreement, and it does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms, our website, or our messaging program will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” shown at the top of this page and, if the changes are material, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of our website or our messaging program after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
