Our water heater broke in March. We were out of town that weekend. When we arrived home that Sunday water was pouring out of our garage. Over half of my house was standing in water. Once we called Eric & his team from AAA Water Damage they came out to our house really quick. They started cleaning up the water off the floors. Then put lots of fans & humidifiers out all over the house in the areas that were wet from the flood. They left them running for several weeks. Someone would come out almost everyday to check on the equipment. If I had questions or concerns I would just call Eric & he would get right back with me to answer any questions are concerns I had. He called another team from a Packout company & had them come out & pack my entire house up. Eric's team pulled all my flooring & baseboards up in my entire house & made sure to keep the fans & humidifiers running until everything was good & dry. Overall my experience with AAA Water Damage team & Eric was really good. Thanks AAA Water Damage for a great job!

I’ve dealt with my fair share of contractors over the years, AAA Disaster Recovery is by fair the best service I’ve used. From the remediation, Eric and team were extremely responsive, professional, and sympathetic. Disaster recovery is a strenuous process to go through, especially with insurance. Eric made this a seamless process and I am so glad this is the number I called for help. After remediation, Eric worked with my budget to ensure my condo was put back together better than it was found. I was extremely lucky to have Eric guide me through this entire process. A true customer first mentality, I highly recommend AAA Disaster Recovery to everyone going though anything like this. The entire team is respectful, detail oriented, and gets the job done the right way. A true 5 star service!

I feel very fortunate to have Eric handle my repair service. We have water damage in the apartment. Even though I don’t live in Austin, he kept me updated with plenty of photos and frequent communication. I always knew the progress, and the invoice items are well explained that I know Eric is very detailed oriented. Definitely recommend Eric's excellent services!

We unfortunately experienced a washer flood during the winter storm this week. We called and Eric was here within 30 minutes. We took a chance because they didn't have a lot of reviews but found out they started recently here from Seattle. They've done an amazing job. Everything was thoroughly explained, they even helped move our furniture and got started immediately. We have had a lot of contractors in our old home but this is by far the best clean up I've seen after work has been done. We appreciate their efficiency and hard work, highly recommend them.

Had a water emergency when our water line burst, these guys took good care of our home and got everything dry. Best part is our Insurance paid for it all! I handed their business’s cards to friends and family
